First Time Home Owner Jeffrey Marleau writes . . . Although I didn't realize until later in the process that Craig Smith and Wendy Cheung were in a partnership, and dealing mostly with Craig, I appreciate both their business in finding me a home. Being the procrastinator that I am, I took my time before making any decision. Craig was truthful and honest when it came to his opinion on a property which helped me along the way and prevented me from making a potential wrong or bad decision. He never tried to rush me or push me into something I didn't want and gave me the time I needed to think about certain properties. Once we found our house you and Wendy were there to help us through the offer and house inspection process. We were not sure about the inground pool and Wendy went over and above to find us a qualified pool inspector to make sure it was in good condition. When we found out that the pool in fact needed a bit of work, Wendy went back to the sellers and negotiated a reduction which saved the sale.
